The basic principle of an electrostatic precipitator is to use electricity to capture dust in flue gas, which mainly includes the following four interrelated physical processes: (1) ionization of the gas. (2) Charge of dust. (3) The charged dust moves to the electrode. (4) Capture of charged dust.
The collection process of charged dust: on two metal anodes and cathodes with large curvature radii, a high-voltage direct current is used to maintain an electric field sufficient to ionize the gas. The electrons generated after the gas is ionized: anions and cations. The dust is charged by the electric field on the dust. Under the action of the electric field force, the dust with different charged polarities move to the electrodes of different polarities respectively and deposit on the electrodes to achieve the purpose of separation of dust and gas.

Compared with other dust removal equipment, an electrostatic precipitator has less energy consumption and high dust removal efficiency. It is suitable for removing 0.01-50μm dust in flue gas and can be used in occasions where flue gas temperature is high and pressure is high. Practice has shown that the larger the amount of flue gas treated, the more economical the investment and operating costs of using electrostatic precipitators are.

The electric field strength and plate current distribution are more uniform, the driving speed can be increased by 1.3 times, and the specific resistance range of the collected dust is expanded to 10 1 -10 14 Ω-cm, which is especially suitable for fluidized bed boilers and new cement dry process rotary kilns , high specific resistance dust recovery of waste gas such as sintering machine, slow down or eliminate the phenomenon of back corona.

When the temperature of the exhaust gas is too high, the dust collection electrode and the corona electrode will expand and stretch arbitrarily in the three-dimensional direction. The dust collection electrode system is also specially designed. The heat-resistant steel belt restraint structure makes the HHD electrostatic precipitator have high thermal deformation resistance. Commercial operation shows that the HHD electrostatic precipitator can withstand a maximum temperature of 390 °C.

Improve rapping acceleration

Improve the cleaning effect: The cleaning efficiency of the dust collector system directly affects the dust collection efficiency. Most of the collectors show a decrease in efficiency after a period of operation. The root cause is the poor cleaning effect of the dust collector plate. As a result, the HHD electrostatic precipitator uses the latest impact theory and practical results to change the traditional flat steel impact rod structure to an integral steel structure, and simplifies the structure of the side rapping hammer of the dust collector, reducing the hammer drop by 2/3. , the experiment shows that the minimum acceleration of the dust collector plate surface is increased from 220G to 356G.

Because the discharge electrode system adopts the top rapping design, and breaks the routine and creatively adopts asymmetric suspension design for each electric field, and uses the shell computer software of American Environmental Equipment Company to optimize the design, so that in the case of the same total dust collection area, the electric The overall length of the dust collector is reduced by 3-5 meters and the weight is reduced by 15%.

High Assurance Insulation System

In order to prevent condensation and creepage of the high-voltage insulating material of the electrostatic precipitator, the shell adopts a double-layer inflatable roof design for heat storage, the electric heating adopts the latest PTC and PTS materials, and the bottom of the insulating sleeve adopts a hyperbolic back-flushing design, which completely eliminates the need for porcelain. Condensation and creepage of casing is prone to failure, and maintenance, maintenance and replacement are extremely convenient.

Matching L-C high system

High voltage control can be controlled by DSC system, upper computer operation, low voltage control by PLC control, Chinese touch screen operation. The high-voltage power supply adopts constant current, high-impedance DC power supply, which matches the HHD electrostatic precipitator body. It can produce high dust removal efficiency, overcome high specific resistance and handle high concentration.
