Advantages of our bag filter

⑴ The dust removal efficiency is high, generally 99.9%. The dust concentration of the gas at the outlet of the dust collector can be controlled within 5mg/m3, and it has a higher classification efficiency for fine dust with sub-micron particle size.

⑵The range of processing air volume is wide, the small one is only a few cubic meters (m3) per minute, and the large one can reach tens of thousands of cubic meters (m3) per minute. It can be used for dust removal of industrial furnaces and kilns and reduce the emission of air pollutants.

⑶ Simple structure, convenient maintenance, and operation.

⑸ When using glass fiber, PTFE, P84, ceramic fiber tubes, and other high-temperature resistant filter materials, it can operate under high-temperature conditions above 600 ℃.
