The characteristics of our filter cartridge dust collector are as follows:
①Because the filter material is folded into a cylindrical shape, the layout density of the filter material is high, so the dust collector has a compact structure and small volume;

②The filter cartridge is small in height, easy to install, and requires a small amount of maintenance;
③The filter area of the dust collector of the same volume is relatively large, the filtering wind speed is small, and the resistance is not large;
④The pleating of the filter material requires strict sealing at both ends and no air leakage, otherwise, the effect will be reduced.
1. The filter cartridge uses imported polyester fiber as the filter material and adheres a layer of sub-micron ultra-thin fiber to the general filter material, and the arrangement of the fibers on the adhesion layer is very close, with very small sieve holes It can block most of the sub-micron dust particles on the surface of the filter material;
2. The filter material is folded and used, which can increase the filter area and make the structure of the dust collector more compact;
3. The height of the filter cartridge is small, and the workload of installation and maintenance is small;
4. Compared with the dust collector of the same volume, the filtering area is relatively large, the filtering wind speed is small, and the resistance is not large;
5. The dust removal of the stand-alone dust collector adopts the pulse injection online dust removal method. The dust removal process is automatically controlled by the pulse controller. There are multiple filter cartridges in the dust collector to increase its effective filtration area. When a certain (air) filter cartridge meets the requirements of the dust removal setting, the spray device will be activated for dust removal, and the other filter cartridges will work normally. The dust removal effect does not affect the operation of the equipment so that the dust collector can operate continuously; the dust removal of the combined dust collector adopts the off-line pulse automatic cycle cleaning of the compartment. Multiple filter cartridges are installed in each dust removal room to increase its effective filtering area. When a certain dust removal room filter cartridge meets the requirements of the dust removal setting, the spray device is started to clean the dust, and other dust removal rooms work normally, which guarantees both The dust removal effect can make the dust collector run continuously;
6. High dust removal efficiency (generally up to 99.9% or more), easy to operate;
