The pipeline connects the woodworking machinery and the filter system, and the fan works to make the pipeline generate negative pressure to suck dust. The most important thing is the configuration of the fan and the performance of the filter cloth bag.
The configuration of the fan is calculated according to the number of machines in the production workshop. This requires professional personnel to calculate the configuration so that the air volume of the filter interface of each machine is consistent to effectively remove dust. Dust filter cloth bags should be selected according to different environments, and the nature of dust produced by different woodworking workshops is different.
The airflow containing sawdust particles is conveyed to the diversion bin of the bag filter by the fan. The flow rate of the airflow is reduced under the action of the baffle. The heavier sawdust particles fall into the ash bin under the action of gravity, and the other lighter and finer dust It is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag with the airflow upwards. After being filtered by the cloth bag, the clean air enters the exhaust chamber and is discharged to the outside. As the filtering conditions continue, more and more dust will accumulate on the outer surface of the filter bag, which will increase the operating resistance of the system and reduce the dust removal efficiency of the system. For this reason, the system is equipped with automatic pulse cleaning. The device, this set of devices is composed of a pulse controller, pulse valve, quick coupling, steam drum, and jet pipe. According to the characteristics of wood pellets, the pulse amplitude and pulse frequency can be set on the pulse controller. After the pulse amplitude and frequency are set, the system will automatically complete the dust removal of the filter bag during the work process, thereby greatly increasing the same filtering efficiency and prolonging the service life of the filter bag.
