PP Wet Scrubber

The exhaust gas scrubber is suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent exhaust gas; the process is simple, the management, operation and maintenance are quite convenient and simple, and it will not cause any impact on the production of the workshop; it has a wide range of applications and can purify a variety of pollutants at the same time.
Stainless Steel Wet Scrubber

The main material of the scrubber is stainless steel (usually SUS304), which has a wide range of applications. It is mainly used in the treatment of high temperature, acid and alkaline gases; various harmful gases such as H2S SOX NOX HCI NH3 CI2 and other gases; the equipment Features such as novel structure, large air volume, low pressure, high purification efficiency, and non-standard customized
SNCR Selective Non-catalytic Reduction

Selective non-catalytic reduction means that under the action of no catalyst, a reducing agent is sprayed into the "temperature window" suitable for denitration reaction to reduce the nitrogen oxides in the flue gas to harmless nitrogen and water. This technology generally uses ammonia, urea or hydrogen acid injection in the furnace as a reducing agent to reduce NOx.
SCR Denitration

SCR is the most mature flue gas denitrification technology, it is a denitrification method after the furnace
Most of the catalysts used in SCR use TiO2 as the carrier, with V2O5 or V2 O5-WO3 or V2O5-MoO3 as the active ingredient, and are made into three types: honeycomb, plate or corrugated.
Gypsum Desulfurization

Its working principle is: the limestone powder is added with water to make a slurry as the absorbent, pumped into the absorption tower and fully contacted and mixed with the flue gas. The sulfur dioxide in the flue gas and the calcium carbonate in the slurry and the air blown from the lower part of the tower are formed by oxidation reaction. Calcium sulfate
FRP wet scrubber

FRP wet scrubber is a common gas purification equipment, which is green and energy-saving, and has excellent purification effect.
