The electric porcelain rotating shaft for the electrostatic precipitator is used in the driving and vibrating dust-cleaning device at the side of the corona pole of the electrostatic precipitator, and plays the role of transmission and insulation.
According to the selection of materials, the insulator is suitable for use under working conditions where the working temperature does not exceed ≤250°C, ≤350°C, ≤500°C, the DC working voltage is 72KV~100KV, and the altitude of the installation site does not exceed 1000 meters. The torsional damage load is not less than 1000N.m. Electric porcelain insulators are manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T772-2005 "Technical Conditions for Porcelain Parts of High Voltage Insulators" and B/T6746.3-1993 "Porcelain Insulators for Electrostatic Precipitators". White glaze or brown glaze is applied on the surface of porcelain pieces. Used in the environment, the working voltage is 72-120KV, and the compressive damage load is not less than 500KN.
