The skeleton of the dust bag is formed by one-time welding with special multi-head welding equipment. The welding should be reliable, without desoldering, missing welding, or false welding, and the surface should be smooth and clean, with uneven dirt and burrs. Both ends of the bag cage are generally equipped with venturi tubes, flanges, chassis, and other accessories. These accessories are stamped with special molds, and all sharp fast mouths should be ground into an R shape before welding to prevent damage to the filter bag and the installer when installing the bag frame. The surface anti-corrosion treatment of the dust bag skeleton can be treated by phosphating, galvanizing, spraying, and other methods according to the installation requirements, so as to be applied in different industrial and mining environments.
The skeleton of the dust bag is made of carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire with a diameter of 3-4 as the raw material and is a cage-shaped piece welded vertically and horizontally by longitudinal ribs and support rings. The dust bag skeleton is installed on the flower plate hole in the pulse dust collector and the air box pulse dust collector to support the dust filter bag to prevent collapse, help dust removal and improve dust removal efficiency. Dust is attached to the outer surface of the dust filter bag. When the dust gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the filter bag through the filter material and is discharged by the fan.
