Baghouse

Bag filter, also called bag dust collector, baghouse a kind of dry high-efficiency dust collector. It is a dust removal device that uses bag filter elements made of fiber woven materials to trap solid particles in dust-containing gas.
Cyclone Dust Collector

Cyclone dust collector is a type of dust removal device. The mechanism of dust removal is to make the dust-laden airflow rotate, with the help of centrifugal force to separate the dust particles from the airflow and trap them on the wall, and then use gravity to make the dust particles fall into the ash hopper. Each component of the cyclone dust collector has a certain size ratio.
Cartridge Dust Collector

The structure of the filter cartridge dust collector is composed of air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, box body, ash bucket, ash cleaning device, diversion device, air flow distribution plate, filter cartridge and electric control device, similar to air box pulse bag dust removal structure.
PP Wet Scrubber

The exhaust gas scrubber is suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent exhaust gas; the process is simple, the management, operation and maintenance are quite convenient and simple, and it will not cause any impact on the production of the workshop; it has a wide range of applications and can purify a variety of pollutants at the same time.
Stainless Steel Wet Scrubber

The main material of the scrubber is stainless steel (usually SUS304), which has a wide range of applications. It is mainly used in the treatment of high temperature, acid and alkaline gases; various harmful gases such as H2S SOX NOX HCI NH3 CI2 and other gases; the equipment Features such as novel structure, large air volume, low pressure, high purification efficiency, and non-standard customized
SNCR Selective Non-catalytic Reduction

Selective non-catalytic reduction means that under the action of no catalyst, a reducing agent is sprayed into the "temperature window" suitable for denitration reaction to reduce the nitrogen oxides in the flue gas to harmless nitrogen and water. This technology generally uses ammonia, urea or hydrogen acid injection in the furnace as a reducing agent to reduce NOx.
