Graphite Dryer

The internal-heating-tube rotary dryer is a type of indirect-conduction rotary dryer primarily used to dry graphite using fuels such as coal or biomass. During the drying process, the hot flue gas does not come into direct contact with the material, ensuring that pollutants in the flue gas do not affect the quality of the graphite.
Lithium slag dryer

Lithium slag typically has a moisture content of around 30%. After drying and grinding to a specific surface area of approximately 800–1000 m²/kg, the slag's reactivity is fully activated, allowing it to serve as a cement admixture; this can reduce the clinker proportion in cement production by 10–20% and cut the consumption of blast furnace slag in ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) production by about 35%, thereby achieving the comprehensive utilization of lithium slag.
Sodium Sulfate Drying System

Anhydrous sodium sulfate (thenardite) is a byproduct of the sulfuric acid process for producing lithium carbonate from spodumene (or lepidolite). It exhibits significant acid corrosivity and a fineness exceeding 300 mesh; it has poor flowability, a strong tendency to adhere to walls, and a propensity to form clumps during drying. Typically, three-pass or single-pass rotary dryers are used to reduce the moisture content to below 0.2% before the product is bagged for sale.
Petroleum coke drying

As a critical anode material for power batteries, petroleum coke requires its surface moisture content—initially around 15%—to be reduced to below 5% prior to pulverization. Drying equipment varies depending on the heat source; in a three-drum dryer, high-temperature flue gas comes into direct contact with the petroleum coke for heat exchange.
Lepidolite dryer

Like spodumene, lepidolite is a primary raw material for the production of lithium carbonate. The production process typically utilizes waste heat (approximately 250°C) from rotary calcining kilns or tunnel kiln systems for drying; this approach not only recovers waste heat but also reduces the moisture content of the lepidolite, thereby increasing the throughput of the subsequent transformation and roasting system.
Lithium Sludge Dryer

In recent years, the continuous rise in the price of lithium raw materials has drawn attention to the recovery and utilization of lithium-bearing solid waste tailings sludge. This is particularly relevant for the fluorite tailings found in regions such as Jiangxi and Hunan, which contain associated lithium; utilizing these tailings falls under the category of comprehensive solid waste utilization and offers low production costs.
