2. Product Features
Fan structure: The fan is composed of impeller part, casing part, transmission part, air collector, pedestal, etc.
1. Impeller
The impeller is composed of forward curved blades, curved wheel cover, flat rear disc and cast steel hub. The number of DHF-09 blades is 10 long and 10 short, and the number of DHF-09 blades is 20. Dynamic balance correction, balance level ≤4.0 (national standard). It has good aerodynamics and stable operation, no overload, high efficiency and stable performance;
2. Chassis
The casing is made of high-quality steel plate continuously welded volute, which has high structural strength and good air tightness to avoid leakage; the surface of the product is treated by spraying or baking paint.
3. Air collector
The convergent streamlined air collector is integrally formed by spinning, with good rectification effect, high efficiency and low noise. It is integrated with the inlet ring, which is convenient for users to connect pipes.
4. Transmission group
Self-developed new transmission box, one-piece cast iron, accurate bearing coaxiality, small volume, low oil consumption, good stability and easy maintenance. The main shaft is precision machined from 45# high-quality carbon steel, and has sufficient safety and fatigue resistance in design. The V-belt pulleys are all made of high-quality cast iron tapered sleeve pulleys, which are convenient for repair and maintenance.
5. Pedestal
The steel one-piece base has high structural strength, and is equipped with a spring shock absorber for vibration isolation design, which has beautiful appearance and high stability.
6. Performance
The high-efficiency area is wide to avoid the performance degradation caused by the sliding of the working point; the high-reliability design is safe and stable, and the service life is long.
