2. Product Features
Fan structure: The fan is mainly composed of the impeller part, the casing part, the air collector, the transmission group, the adjusting door, the pedestal and so on.
1. Impeller
The blade, which is obliquely cut from the rear of the airfoil or flat plate, is welded between the conical arc-shaped front disk and the flat-shaped rear disk. The blade and wheel cover are pressed and formed, precisely positioned, and continuously welded. After the impeller is formed, it is corrected by static and dynamic balance. The balance level is less than or equal to 4.0 (national standard). It has good aerodynamics, high efficiency, low noise and stable performance. Reinforcing ribs are added to increase rigidity at high speeds.
2. Chassis
The casing is made of high-quality steel plate continuously welded volute, which has high structural strength and good air tightness to avoid leakage; the surface of the product is treated by spraying or baking paint, and the appearance is beautiful. The casing of the single suction fan is made into three different forms: the No8-12# casing is made into an integral structure and cannot be disassembled. No14-20# case is made into two open type. The No22-28# casing is made of three-open type, which is connected by bolts.
3. Air collector
Converging streamlined air collector, press-molded by abrasive tools, has good rectification effect, high efficiency, low noise, and is integrated with the inlet ring, which is convenient for users to connect pipes.
4. Transmission group
Dehui self-developed new transmission box, one-piece cast iron, accurate bearing coaxiality, small volume, low oil consumption, good stability and easy maintenance. The main shaft is precision machined from 45# high-quality carbon steel, and has sufficient safety and fatigue resistance in design.
5. Pedestal
The steel one-piece base has high structural strength, and is equipped with a spring shock absorber for vibration isolation design, which has beautiful appearance and high stability.
6. Adjust the door
Generally, there are adjustable doors to adjust the flow of the fan. The adjustment door blade is petal-shaped, adopts an external transmission structure, and is flexible and convenient to rotate. The adjustment range is from 90° (fully closed) to 0° (fully open).
7. Performance
The high-efficiency area is wide to avoid the performance degradation caused by the sliding of the working point; the high-reliability design is safe and stable, and the service life is long.
