Uses: Widely used in environmental protection dust removal, thermal nuclear power generation, metallurgy, petrochemical and automobile painting, cement buildings and other industrial gas transportation. C, D type with cooling impeller or water cooling is suitable for baking furnace, drying furnace and high temperature gas circulation in high temperature environment. DHF-Z can be made into explosion-proof type (BDHF-Z) and anti-corrosion type (FDHF-Z)
2. Product Features
Fan structure: The fan is mainly composed of the impeller part, the casing part, the air collector, the transmission part, the pedestal, etc.
1. Impeller
The impeller adopts the backward R-plate type blade, the blade and the wheel cover are pressed and formed, precise positioning, continuous welding, the impeller is statically and dynamically balanced after forming, and the balance level is ≤4.0 (national standard), with good aerodynamics and efficiency. High, low noise, stable performance. Reinforcing ribs are added to increase rigidity at high speeds.
2. Chassis
The casing is made of high-quality steel plate continuously welded volute, which has high structural strength and good air tightness to avoid leakage; the surface of the product is treated by spraying or baking paint, and the appearance is beautiful. From 1400 to 2000, it can be made into upper and lower half-type structure along the middle parting plane in special cases, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly when the height is limited.
3. Air collector
Converging streamlined air collector, press-molded by abrasive tools, has good rectification effect, high efficiency, low noise, and is integrated with the inlet ring, which is convenient for users to connect pipes.
4. Transmission group
Self-developed new transmission box, one-piece cast iron, accurate bearing coaxiality, small volume, low oil consumption, good stability and easy maintenance. The main shaft is precision machined from 45# high-quality carbon steel, and has sufficient safety and fatigue resistance in design. The V-belt pulleys are all made of high-quality cast iron tapered sleeve pulleys, which are convenient for repair and maintenance.
5. Pedestal
The steel one-piece base has high structural strength, and is equipped with a spring shock absorber for vibration isolation design, which has beautiful appearance and high stability.
6. Performance
The high-efficiency area is wide to avoid the performance degradation caused by the sliding of the working point; the high-reliability design is safe and stable, and the service life is long.
