What are the requirements for the installation and commissioning of the powder separator?

Jiangsu Palmary Eco Technical Co., Ltd    Technical Support    What are the requirements for the installation and commissioning of the powder separator?

1. Installation of powder separator equipment
(1) Basic setting out: The basic setting out should be carried out according to the process layout and equipment size.
(2) Fixed foundation: The indoor floor is flat, the elevation error does not exceed 2mm, and the concrete support height is not less than 160mm.
(3) Dust collector installation: First install the lower box on the embedded steel plate, adjust the cushion level according to the process layout direction, then weld and fix the embedded steel plate, and the screw conveyor is connected and fixed with the lower box. Install the upper box shell again, align it with the lower box, and weld it firmly. No air leakage is allowed during operation.
(4) Fan installation: Before installation, carefully check whether there is deformation, damage, or looseness during the installation process. If there is no problem with the installation, fix the shock-absorbing pads under the bracket to ensure that each shock-absorbing pad can withstand the force.
(5) Installation of the powder separator: Determine the installation height and orientation of the powder separator according to the height and position of the discharge belt conveyor, and use channel steel support to fix and weld it firmly.
2. Powder separator pipe connection: Weld the connection between the powder separator and the dust collector, and the dust collector and the fan firmly.
3. Trial operation of powder separator
The installation inspection must be qualified before trial operation. The main contents of trial operation are as follows:
(1) Check whether the fan and screw conveyor rotate flexibly and are not stuck.
(2) The rotation direction of the fan should be consistent with the arrow marked on the fan object, and the rotation direction of the screw conveyor should be consistent with the discharging direction. Instead, the blower system is working properly.
(3) After the equipment is installed, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to each lubrication point, and then run a trial run for 4-8 hours (high speed) to check the oil supply of each bearing. Only after the trial run is fully qualified can it be put into production.
Feeding can only be carried out after all system equipment is running normally. Stop feeding when parking, and stop the motor and fan after a few minutes.
