  The round bag filter is a high-efficiency dust removal equipment, suitable for dust removal in grain processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, machinery manufacturing and other industries.
working principle:
The main body of the bag filter consists of four parts: the shell, the filter bag system, the blowing dust cleaning device, and the dust discharging device. The dust-containing gas of the bag filter enters the box from the middle of the filter, and part of the coarser dust is directly settled into the ash hopper under the action of gravity and other factors, and the other part of the dust filtered by the filter bag adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag , the clean gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged from the gas outlet of the upper box. With the continuous increase of dust on the bag filter, the internal resistance of the bag filter rises. When the predetermined resistance range (or the predetermined cleaning interval) is reached, the controller instructs the solenoid valve to start, and the pulse valve works. The blowing of the filter bag makes the filter bag expand rapidly, and the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is transferred into the lower ash hopper and discharged by the air lock.
