2. Corrosion resistance, excellent integrity: the overall glass fiber reinforced plastic washing tower will not leak. However, due to the high density of lead and low mechanical strength of the washing tower with traditional structure, the lead lining is easily damaged during construction, which will cause the tower body to corrode, resulting in running, popping, dripping and leaking phenomena;
3. Economically reasonable: FRP washing tower is not only convenient for construction and installation, but basically does not require maintenance, and when the flue gas contains fluorine, fluorine-resistant FRP can be used, and other fluorine-proof measures are not required. However, the scrubbing tower with traditional structure is not only difficult to construct and install. The maintenance workload is large, and when the flue gas contains fluorine, the construction of the lining graphite brick is difficult and the cost is very high.
