PPS Filter Bag

PPS has excellent heat resistance, excellent acid and alkali resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance, and is also a good flame retardant filter material with extremely high thermal stability. However, PPS has poor oxidation resistance and is prone to oxidation corrosion. PPS is used in coal-fired boilers, as well as in the flue gas purification process of waste incinerators, coke ovens, kilns, chemical drying and other processes. It is also used in carbon black, powder collection, pneumatic conveying, chemical industry, cement, electric power, etc.

1. The working temperature is 170℃, the short-term working temperature is 232℃, the melting point is 285℃, and the limiting oxygen index is 34~35.
2. Applicable to occasions where the oxygen content is 15% or less.
3. The oxides containing sulfur in fuel or in flue gas have been proved to be fibers with strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and strong chemical resistance.
4. Where the flue contains moisture.
5. Under the temperature of 190℃~232℃, the PPS filter felt dust filter bag has excellent performance records when the air-to-cloth ratio is as high as 5:1 for online cleaning and 6:1 for offline cleaning.
