The advantages of the gypsum method are that the process is mature, suitable for units of different capacities, and has the widest application range, fully utilized desulfurizers, desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 95%, and there is no limit to the capacity of the unit. The gypsum method has rich sources of desulfurizers, low prices, and good prospects for the utilization of by-product gypsum; the disadvantage is that the system is more complex, covers a large area, and requires high initial investment and plant power, and generally requires wastewater treatment.
In view of the high investment and large area of ​​the gypsum method, it is not conducive to the application, so the simple gypsum method was researched and applied. The principle of the simple gypsum method is basically the same as that of the gypsum method, except that about 75% of the flue gas is desulfurized, and the efficiency of the desulfurization device is still more than 90%, but the capacity of the device is correspondingly reduced, and the flue gas heating device is eliminated, and the remaining about 25% The flue gas does not go through the desulfurization device, but is bypassed to the chimney. The low-temperature flue gas after desulfurization is mixed with the high-temperature flue gas without desulfurization and discharged, which increases the exhaust gas temperature. The total flue gas desulfurization rate of the simple gypsum method can reach More than 70%. The simple gypsum method can greatly reduce the cost and land occupation. For power plants that do not require a high desulfurization rate, this method is of great value .

Technical features:
⑴. The absorbent has a wide application range: various absorbents can be used in the FGD device, including limestone, lime, magnesia, waste soda solution, etc.;

Recommended scope of application:
⑴, medium and large newly built or modified units of 200MW and above;
(2) The sulfur content of burning coal is 0.5~5% and above;
(3) The required desulfurization efficiency is above 95%;
