Multi Cyclone Dust Collector
The multi-tube cyclone dust collector is made of ceramic or cast iron materials by the guide, cyclone, and exhaust pipe. When the dust-laden gas enters the inlet of the dust collector, it passes through the guide and rotates inside the cyclone. Under the action of centrifugal force, Dust and gas are separated, and the dust falls in the dust box and is discharged through the air lock.
Multi-tube dust collectors are mainly used for boiler and industrial dust collection. The multi-tube cyclone dust collector is composed of many small cyclone dust collectors combined in a shell and used in parallel. The diameter of the cyclone varies from 100 to 250 mm and can effectively trap 5 to 10 μm dust. The multi-tube cyclone dust collector has high efficiency and a large amount of processing gas.
